Changchun Lu Tong Rail Vehicle Equipment Co., Ltd. (Abbr. CLTR) was established in 1994 with a registered capital of RMB40 million. The total area of CLTR is 184,201m² and the number of employee is about 1500. The company is a group enterprise with five branches: headquarters production base, Helong production base, Changchun Guanxin Ruida Rail Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. BFG Internatioal Co., Ltd. (JV) and  Voith Lutong Urban Rail Gearbox Technology (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (JV).

    Since the establishment of CLTR, the company has been focusing on the R&D, manufacturing, and integration of equipped components for high-speed train, urban rail, subway, and other rail vehicles. The main products of the company include: aerodynamic nose, carbon fiber components, gearbox, integrated vacuum automatic control toilet cabin,  cab and passenger compartment interiors, large structural components of vehicles and metal machining parts, etc.

    Now the company has over 130 professional and technical personnel, including 55 with middle and senior technical titles, and has capabilities of R&D and process design for the product whole life-cycle.
